I founded AB Consulting LLC from a place of both lived experience and purpose-driven leadership. Long before becoming a consultant, therapist, and community advocate, I experienced rape, domestic violence, and profound personal loss. Those experiences shaped my resilience, deepened my empathy, and taught me firsthand how transformative access to support, guidance, and opportunity can be.

 

As an immigrant raised navigating instability and limited resources, I understand what it feels like to carry a vision without a clear roadmap. Those life experiences, combined with more than a decade of professional service supporting survivors of human trafficking, foster youth, individuals with special needs, and families in crisis, ultimately led me to this work.

 

In 2019, I founded Legacy of Change Inc., a trauma-informed nonprofit dedicated to healing, empowerment, and community support for survivors. Through that journey, I recognized a major gap: many grassroots and women-led organizations had powerful missions but lacked the structure, funding knowledge, and strategic guidance necessary to sustain and grow their impact.

 

AB Consulting LLC was created to bridge that gap.

 

Today, AB Consulting provides culturally competent, trauma-informed consulting services that help startups, nonprofits, and mission-driven leaders build strong foundations, secure funding, strengthen operations, and lead with clarity and confidence.
