Meet the Ceo 

Ayesha Williams, MSW founded AB Consulting LLC from a place of both lived experience and purpose. Before becoming a consultant and community leader, I overcame personal experiences that taught me resilience, compassion, and the importance of accessible support.

 

As an immigrant and survivor, I understand what it feels like to have a vision but not always have the guidance or resources to bring it to life. Combined with more than a decade of serving survivors, foster youth, families, and vulnerable communities, those experiences inspired me to create meaningful change.

 

AB Consulting LLC was built to support grassroots organizations, nonprofits, and vision-driven founders with the strategy, structure, and funding support needed to grow sustainably and lead with confidence.

 

This work is deeply personal to me because I believe every mission deserves the opportunity to thrive and create lasting impact.

Today, AB Consulting provides culturally competent, trauma-informed consulting services that help startups, nonprofits, and mission-driven leaders build strong foundations, secure funding, strengthen operations, and lead with clarity and confidence.
